I'm debating over whether I should pre-order my book & pick it up at midnight OR if I should just wait until first thing in the morning & go to Target at 8am when they open & buy it. I'm so confused over what to do!

Pre-order it from Amazon and they'll deliver it to you on the 21st - that way you avoid the obnoxious rush at the store. I just ordered my copy!!

Yeah, I pre-ordered mine kinda late and never expected it to arrive on the day but it did. That was awesome! We went to a midnight opening for the WoW expansion and I will never do it again. No product is worth that. We were there until almost 2 in the morning after arriving around 11:30pm.

Thats what I usually do, but I don't know where I'm going to be living in July in order to preorder
Such a sad Harry Potter moment for me.

I tried. Unfortunately, I can't remember my log-in info so I requested that they email me my password and I still haven't received it yet. BOO!

The final Harry Potter book is already #1.. way before it's even being released.

The deluxe edition which is selling for nearly double the price of the standard edition is the number two seller on Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com.

Just six months to go and counting...

I'll be at Walmart again (I live in a small town) at midnight to get it. I'm hoping I don't have to work on Saturday so I can spend the day reading!

I'll probably start re-reading all the books about a month before - or maybe the beginning of June.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does this. My husband thinks I'm crazy, and that I'm the only adult who would possibly invest my free time in Harry Potter. Silly man.

Oh, have any of you read MuggleNet's book about what to expect from book 7? It's pretty interesting (though it's been fairly inaccurate - for instance, it predicted a release date of summer 2008). HP fans should check it out sometime.

I actually have the Mugglenet book that has predictions of what may come in Book 7. Very interesting!
