OK, will someone who might be quick to blame this kind of thing on "media frenzy" please explain to me how bright it is for a chapter
on probation to throw a party where something like this could happen -- and get caught at it?
We see this over and over again.
Probation should be a wakeup call for a chapter.
Obey the rules and the media will have no reason to notice you, unless you want them to.
Then, it's called Public Relations...not News.
