Real World Denver

Okay, wow. I just caught a few episodes of this today and OMGWTFBBQ @ Brooke getting all FREAKED OUT about walking through the "ghetto" -- FIRST OF ALL and without condoning her use of the word "ghetto" -- there is no "ghetto" in Denver, and if there were, it wasn't where she was walking. She wasn't even close to what a normal human who has left her house more than once would consider a dangerous/creepy neighborhood. SECOND OF ALL and not to say it's good or right but freaking DUH if you walk around wearing shorts that barely cover your ass GUYS ARE GOING TO YELL AND COMMENT. Not to say it's good or right, but if you don't want to have that experience, put on some freaking clothes before you go out walking by yourself. Holy crap.

LOL I hate to admit that I watched this, but oh well. It's interesting to see how SCARY and terrible Denver is!

I was thinking the same thing. She looked like a street hooker. I loved how Tyrie and Colie looked confused as hell after Brooke freaked out.

[whiny voice] But but but... she has depression & anxiety - its genetic you know. Its not something you can just control. Its bad enough that she is on medicine for it -- you know, like most of the REST of the FREE WORLD!

Get a freaking grip little whiny brat! I wish Jen would kick her ass.

So far, our public service announcements have been about alcohol (twice); racial harmony; and now depression & anxiety. What's next for the Denver crew?? Sex Ed class - how to act responsible & not be a man-whore, taught by Alex??

I'm just ready for it to be over & one of them show up on a RW/RR challenge show so they can get the crap beat out of them

Actually, Jen is teaching the world about mono.

Not exactly sex ed but I'm almost certain she got it from being a kissing whore.

Nope - Colie is teaching the world about mono. Jen is teaching opposite Alex in a class called "man whores - how to find them" - part 2 of her series is "How to jump into bed with your roomie less than 24 hours after meeting him, and knowing that he's already been in bed with another roomie" -- should be quite interesting.

Brooke is teaching "Whiny Bitch 101"
Davis is teaching "Who Am I Really [because I sure the hell don't know]"
Ty is teaching "Multiple Personalities & How to Remember Who is Who"
Stephen is teaching "How to Sit Back & Watch the Action"
Colie (as soon as she recovers) is teaching "How to Stalk Someone You Just Met"

I'm REALLY bummed that I didn't meet any of these people when they were here. I think I'll go hang out at Monarck tonight and pine for what might have been.

I'm an MTV junkie - the TV pretty much stays on MTV during the day.

Remind me again of WHY they were congratulating Brooke for her little pity party in the woods last night? They kept saying it was so brave for her do something like that - um hello, you should get points taken away for being a whiny brat. And besides that, they are all in safety harnesses -- not like she could have fallen to her death or something

I didn't see the episode from last night but this season seems okay. I like this one the most out of last few, but Brooke is extremely irritating. It seems like she's always complaining about something and she has some psychological issues that need to be worked on. I hope she get's kicked off, though I doubt it'll happen. I've never met anyone that had a problem with EVERYTHING. Everyone else on the cast is cool, but Colie is my favorite. She seems to be the one in the house with the most sense.
