So the question remains: If Phi Mu petitions NPHC, they meet all of the criteria, no?

It could be University of Maryland College Park. Their NPHC has LTA.

if Phi Mu petitioned NPHC to become a member organization, would they make it in cause they meet the criteria?

if a young lady wanted to be a part of Phi Mu, would she make it because she met all the requirements?

i'd imagine its a case by case decision. i can only go by what the NPHC site says, i don't know how they make their decisions any more than someone else who reads their FAQs.

How would they meet the mission of the NPHC? So I would say in my opinion having a AA focus is a key element to admission.
I'm not a big fan of having another orgnaization added to NPHC.

That was pretty much the question being asked.

Okay, that is what I wanted to know. I am using Phi Mu as a totally random example, but my point was that simply meeting the numbers in the official guidelines probably isn't enough. Even though an AA focus is not mentioned in the guidelines, it is implied, I would expect.
