*I am bumping this up because I am having trouble*

My boyfriend got me sirius for christmas... I got it early so we could get it installed before the after christmas rush.

He got me the sportster replay. When going to get it hooked up, they told us how we should get the FM direct adapter installed too to eliminate static.

We problem we activated it and I am getting static. When I change stations I hear static and its static slightly in the background. Its barely there, but sometimes on pauses in music or something you can hear it.

Is this from the direct adapter?

Has anyone else had this problem?

He has sirius, but its directly through his kenwood CD player. I got it for him a year ago and he has never heard this before.

Please help... I am going to take it by them again, but I would like to hear from someone else.
