I took a SciFi class but it was English and no Star Trek

I think the movies is supposed to be a prequel, Notice the old school insignia and the Kirk/Spock colors. I'm not as into ST as I used to be, but I LOVE me some Firefly/Serenity

And I need to get into Battlestar Galactica.. in my spare time.
