Props to you for recognizing the different eras of hip hop. I loooooved X-Clan, PRT, and Lakim ("I'm pure righteousness...righteous and pure..."). Lakim was basically a yellow version of Rakim.

They were both talking about 5% but Rakim disguised it a little more with battle rhyme hype.
