To change the subject a little, if you were watching quake footage on CNN/HLN/whatever and see damage to a house that had a chimney cave in...

That's the Manoa Valley Inn on Oahu, site of many a LOST flashback scene. I forget whose house that was in the show, but when I remember, I'll post more info.

That house is almost 100 years near UHM. It didn't stand a chance against the 6.6.

ETA: I asked my LOST-aholic friend Ryan which scenes were filmed in that house, and he replied:

The psychic that Claire went to see, and that Mr. Eko later went to visit was there (the doorway is unmistakable). Inside, it was also where Mr. Eko went to see the doctor with the autopsy recording, and the living room where Charlie had his nightmare with the piano and his butcher father.

I sure hope they don't need to visit that psychic again!
