well, if Janet is struggling', she may have to hire the guy who helped Mariah get back on track.
i hope Sanaa isn't dating TO. does she really need that kinda drama
as to the movie on Daniel Pearl. sadly, Angelina was a fit b/c she is bankable. Thandie Newton hasn't really carried a movie, yet.

WHAT’S THE UNDERGROUND BUZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These two soul music veteran are at odds. They have been stars since childhood. She is an accomplished singer with a classic voice. He is a musical genius who despite his handicap is one of the most successful recording artists in history. Years ago he promised the female singer one of his songs. He had her rehearse and record it. He begged her to do it, so imagine her surprise when she heard the song being sung by the Queen of Soul. This song went on to become a big hit for the Queen and the female singer never forgot that. She has done projects with the musical genius over the years, but she has never forgotten how he used her and broke his promise.
Stevie and Chaka????
Stevie and Gladys??????

Which song??????????

That was JD and LA Reid. She has JD, but I guess she also needs LA.

Who else knew that Rachel Roy, Damon Dash's wife, is from India? Read an interview about her and was surprised.

I HATE it when people refer to children as baggage.

I guess Ursha's mom should know. She was either a divorcee or single mom WITH "baggage". I guess the boys were her baggage. Yet, one of them has allowed her to make $$$ as his manager. (smirk)

I know Stevie Wrote "Until You Come Back to Me (That's What I'm Gonna Do)" in 1973 and it was a huge hit for Ree Ree. I'm not sure who the "angry" legend is....I was thinking Ms. Patti, but it could also be Chaka because Stevie was also working with Rufus during this time and wrote "Tell Me Something Good".

Maybe Neicy as in Deneice Williams? She used to sing background for Stevie. Maybe not her. She's into Christian music, so I'm sure she would have forgiven him by now.

Stevie and Dionne?
Possibly Patti??

It's Stevie & Gladys...when Gladys was on the Steve Harvey morning show she got a question about that song & Gladys stated that she was a little offended because she rearranged her schedule to help him with the song and then he gave it away.

The thing is, Usher's mom likely didn't say those words (even if she felt that way). The person who wrote that article put those words in her mouth, so to speak. So those are the author's words. It just peeves me to hear people say that.

I really think people are kinda tired of Janet. I don't think that her single was that good either. But I think it would have had to be phenomenal for her album to do well.

Has Tyra really dated so many people that she has a reputation? There were only 3 people named in the Patti Williams info and those were pretty serious relationships. She must have something going on that we don't know about if that's the case.

Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington reportedly almost came to blows during a difference of opinion on the Los Angeles set. "No punches were thrown because our faces are too beautiful for that," Washington said.

United Press International

Grey's Anatomy stars Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington reportedly almost came to blows during a difference of opinion on the Los Angeles set.

"We were like two baseball players ... nose-to-nose," Washington told People magazine Wednesday. "We had a difference of opinions while working on set but we've resolved it."

Without getting too specific, Washington, who plays Dr. Preston Burke on the hit ABC medical drama, blamed time and (keeping) the production going, for the spat. The communication was lost in translation.

"In close families arguments happen," a representative for Dempsey, aka Dr. Derek McDreamy Shepherd, told People. "They worked it out."

"No punches were thrown because our faces are too beautiful for that," Washington said.

I've never been that close to (Patrick) before," he added. "He has really pretty blue eyes."

This is one of my favorite shows...idon't know how this will affect things?

Yeah, she's no spring chicken. She had to have come out with something mind-blowin to stay in the game and compete with the younger artists. Her style is old....her music sound is predictable....she really cannot sing and although she can dance, it's more like the choreographed group, Rhythm Nation-esque type dancing. That's a lot to improve on when you've got people like Beyonce, Omarion, and Usher who are younger, can dance solo, and can hold a note.

I didn't want to believe that mess when my LS phoned me about it. Then, another soror said she saw the statement IW made on ET or IE.

Didn't Isiah read for the McDreamy role?

Geesh!
Can they all just get along for the sake of the fans?
