last nights show was good. there was a LOT of talk about toni, so i'm wondering if there will be a new toni in the future (much later down the line).

The show is just not doing it for me anymore. The characters seem to be really snappy people, where's the depth! lol

And by the way I miss Half and Half!!!

I'm not feeling the new season of "Girlfriends", either. Without the quick wit of Toni Childs, it's just not the same.

And I agree with you, BlessedOne...I miss "Half & Half", too! I hope they knock either "The Lame" -- oops! I meant "The Game" or "All Of Us" out of the lineup to make room for "Half & Half" midseason.

I'm still bitter over them not bring Half & Half back (I even wrote a letter). And I am so tired of The Game. How many times will it show her being a jealous/insecure girlfriend?

During the airing of Everybody Hates Chris, they showed an ad stating that the lineup would be moving back to Mondays!! YAHHHHH!!!

After watching the 1st 2 episodes, in the words of "Twan" and the other men on film character (from in living color) I "HAAAATED IT"

Also, I think its kinda sad that Jill Marie left the show because it wasn't picked up fast enough, only to join a cbs show that's already been cancled before it got out the gate. Now what's a girl supposed to do. Looks like she's stuck doing Baileys commercials

If only she had waited. I guess that's why they say patience is a virtue.

If I remember correctly she left because of the money situation, not because it wasn't picked up fast enough. What was out was that they the cast wanted more money and had agreed to stand together when the powers that be came to them asking them to take the pay cut. Jill Marie Jones was the only one that stood her ground and left.

This morning Tracey Ellis Ross was on the Steve Harvey show and she alluded to Jill Marie Jones not staying because they thought the show wasn't going to be picked up and they were all surprised that it was picked up for a 7th season.

But I also remember her saying that Jill Marie left because of the money issue as well. So it might have been a combination of both.
