PS: The fact that you have never heard of mixers/swaps is very humorous, but then again, who can a BAND "fraternity" swap with?
Most BGLO members, especially those who haven't interacted with WGLO members or orgs don't know what a mixer is.

Yes. BGLOs are focused on recruiting/catering to Black members...would you like to say the same thing about your fraternity and white members???

Its possible, most fraternities here cater to things that predominantly interest white people.

Yeah, in my experience with SAE at UT and SAE at other Southern schools......chapters focus on recruiting and catering to whites from specific areas, backgrounds, social circles, etc. etc.

If YOU would like to advertise YOUR fraternity as a White GLO...go right ahead, but leave my group out of that blanket, thanks.

Nobody said anything about advertising, thats just how it is in reality. I think incoming students are pretty aware of the fact as well.

I don't have to advertise it at all. I think it is pretty well understood.

No one said anything about your group. It was a general reference to WGLOs. If you think your group doesn't fit that description then make the correction for YOUR group (or just ignore it) and stop sweating it.

It's true that some Southern Fraternities probably DO cater to white men, etc. But just because a few do, does not mean that the rest of us want to be associated with that kind of mentality.
