That's exactly what I thought. And it was a 12 year old girl. Chances are that she was nearly as tall or taller than him.
It's not like he's technically a dwarf or midget or little person whatever the current term for it is. He's 5'1. He's not THAT short.
I do NOT like the idea of releasing a child molester back into society immediately like this. What about solitary confinement, for his own good, or other solutions? It's a problem of the prison system if they can't protect their prisoners. It's not an excuse to let a guy out into the world who hasn't been rehabilitated. He will only be electronically monitored for FOUR MONTHS. If the judge was that concerned, then perhaps she should've thought outside the box a little more.
Wonder if we'll be seeing him show up at one of the houses on Dateline anytime soon....
