For this round last year we did a New York City theme. We got black shirts that said I Heart KAO on them. The writing was white but the heart was red glitter. VERY CUTE! We wore them with nicd black pants and stylish black shoes. We bought a card board statue of liberty standup. Our names tags were city outlines. We covered one wall in black paper that we ordered from
www.shindigz.com and then we painted a city outline in white on it. On other walls we had black and white poster photos of NYC with red borders on them. The balloons were red mylar hearts with some black and white latex. We also bought red foil heart cutouts for the room. It turned out very cute!!
