If you are a GREAT stylist with a large (consistent) client roster, it doesn't matter where you live. You can bring in the above amount or more. While I'm getting my hair done, I can count how much my stylist has earned while I'm there alone, excluding tips.

That's 2-3 hours maximum, where a wash is $30 or $35 and a relaxer $45.
