I completely agree that we need over 100 men. The expansion consultants were here recruiting from the last week in October to the beginning of December. During that time about 30 men joined the group. With that said, what timeframe do you think we need to reach 100 by in order to be successful. I know the spring semester will be more difficult to recruit. I believe Pike took in the most last spring with only 20 new men. As far as getting a nice house, I'm not sure how quickly that can be accomplished. Currently there only appears to be one house vacant in our Greektown area, and two fraternities have just recently rechartered in the past year - Sigma Tau Gamma and Pi Kappa Phi. Also I would expect that Sigma Chi will be returning within the next 1-2 years, which would bring us to a total of 30 IFC fraternities on campus. I greatly appreciate everyone's advice on here, as well as from those men that will be serving on our Board of Advisors.
