If anyone needs vanity sizing it's the plus sized girls, but guess what you don't have that. Sizes start at a 14 or a 1X and go from there. The closest I've seen to vanity sizing in a plus sized clothing store is an X.
And truthfully, an X size still wouldn't make me feel better.
