Lethbridge Colony?

There was indeed a colony at Lethbridge. I met several of the colony members at the 2004 Toronto Convention. A motion to grant a charter to the colony was not presented to the Grand Chapter at that Convention, because the colony had not met the required minimum number of members.

Though I don't know too much about the details, I am told that the colony has subsequently failed.
