Its a private school, so they can do it.
I'm sure her parents read the paperwork/policies BEFORE sending their daughter to this school, which makes me wonder why they would send her there in the first place?
For some reason, I feel as if its a set-up to test the school's admission.
It like if I sent my daughter to an Islamic school that had rules stating that one parent had to be a Muslim (which neither me nor my fiance are ) and they kicked her out because we didn't comply.
ETA: Ok, it says they weren't going to fight the ruling, but I'm still
as to why they would send her there in the first place knowing the school's policy?
