P.S. Any tips for remembering names? I swear, I can remember EXACTLY what someone is wearing, but I'm clueless when it comes to names!

P.P.S. Good luck to all of those going through recruitment on both sides!
Oh, man, I am baaaad at remembering names, too! But I managed to get around it by using this little trick I made up. It might not work for you if you're not a verbal/visual learner, but I am and it helped me. When I was rushing each girl, I would look at her name on her name tag and try to connect that with either something interesting she said or something unique she had one. For example, I remember this one particular girl because she had this really cool charm bracelet, and I associated her name with the bracelet. I hope you get my drift--it's kind of hard to explain! But that might help, who knows.

Anyway, good luck to you all! Being a small chapter can be challenging during rush, but it's doable.
