I'd bet any money that the Pitt Pikes and SigEps would beat that record (it's sort of a duplex-ish set up), at least when I was in college. Pretty much anytime the other was having a party, someone would pull the alarm. I didn't even go up there very often but i've had to stand outside in the cold on multiple occasions.
