Not knowing YOur School and the Number of GLOs on Campus (?) Guessing that it is a Non Big Un. then two things should be important.
The National aspect and what the Members offer.
While I love the great work You placed into Your investigation, there are many things that need to be looked at for now and the future.
It is a shame that You dont go to My School and Chapter where We are looking for Men who can help us rebuild along with anew House (Building).
Age on Major Campi is a problem and I dont think it should be, but when it is full, they look for Long Termers.
A better fit sometimes for Chapters is to find someone with a little more head on their Shoulders, not in their pants!
