I just found out that I'm leaving for Orleans, France on August 6, which is ironically enough the same day I move into my new apartment. Maybe if our budget gets cut so will I & then I can move into my apartment stress free. I'm trying to decide whether I should have my water, cable, & electric turned on before or after I move in...?
