Every Zeta chapter has taken up this policy. It's to make Zeta less liable in case something happens to an underage drinker. So much has changed since I first joined. My freshman year we were still allowed to have socials at the fraternity houses with alchohol. In a way, it was safer because nobody would have to drive home after; we would just walk back to the Zeta house. But, at the same time, underage drinking took place. I don't mind so much since I'll be 21 in a few months!!!
