carnation gives excellent advice...

Once you are initiated into KKG (an NPC sorority) you are ineligible to be initiated into another NPC group....

http://www.npcwomen.org/policies/sel...agreements.htm
III. The Panhellenic Compact (Excerpted statements of membership eligibility)
A woman who is or who has ever been an initiated member of an existing NPC fraternity shall not be eligible for membership in another NPC fraternity.

If you were to quit Kappa now, as an uninitiated person, when you switched schools, you would be released from Kappa as a Pledge immediately, as you would be at a different campus. However, as carnation so wisely points out, there is no guarantess that you will get into a sorority there, or get the one you want (or maybe you won't like the girls as much....it could happen). Only you know what to do in your situation, but Kappa Kappa Gamma is an excellent fraternity, with chapters everywhere. Even though your new campus might not have a collegiate KKG chapter, there might be alums in your city....please give this matter your deepest consideration.
