Leadership Initiative

Is anyone else doing this? I know someone who did it last semester (my AC's president), but her husband just left for the military for 2 years yesterday, so I don't want to hound her with questions. I'm very excited about it and want to know more!

My chapter is signed up for the Leadership Initiative this year, and I received an e-mail from the EO about it after Convention, but it was pretty vague. Does anyone know how it works exactly or any other details?

Well, I know that there's a conference call I have to do (although I love conference calls, I missed my regional CA one because it was the day after I gave birth, and I still tried hard to make it because I'm an Alpha Phi dork). I am going to get more info hopefully Wednesday from someone who did the pilot program last spring.

Are you giving it or are you from the collegiate chapter? Does this mean that not every chapter is involved? I haven't heard about anyone giving it to Bentley, but the person who went in my place to convention still hasn't told me anything so I'm a bit out of the loop.

I'm the president of my chapter (Chi/Montana) and I first learned about the program at Convention. I know it is taught by alums and it works with the PIFF meeting format, but those are really the only details I know. I responded to the EO e-mail asking for more details on planning, arranging the program, etc., but have yet to receive a response. I think someone had to pay to sponsor each chapter doing the program; an alumnae paid for us to do it, I know that at least. I really would like to know more about it, because it would help in my planning out the calendar for this semester.
