I'm the president of my chapter (Chi/Montana) and I first learned about the program at Convention. I know it is taught by alums and it works with the PIFF meeting format, but those are really the only details I know. I responded to the EO e-mail asking for more details on planning, arranging the program, etc., but have yet to receive a response. I think someone had to pay to sponsor each chapter doing the program; an alumnae paid for us to do it, I know that at least. I really would like to know more about it, because it would help in my planning out the calendar for this semester.
