Unhappy Volunteering

I am in a tutoring group that REALLY needs African-American volunteers.

I don't know how to help get the word out: I've e-mailed my grad student group, the undergrads have been told repeatedly, but we just need MORE help.

What do you think we should do? I love these kids, and they need more positive role models to show them that post-secondary education is viable and reachable.

Thanks, in advance, for your advice.
