We use turkey bacon instead of pork bacon and it's pretty good but doesn't get as crispy. I wonder what the end result of making that roll in turkey bacon would be.

Yea, I use turkey bacon also. I bake it a little longer, though, so it still gets crispy.

And the end result would be a double bypass as opposed to a triple.

I think I would try the Double Down, but without that orange sauce, and maybe without the extra cheese. I'd definitely keep the bacon though...

Speaking of bacon, k_s, I can't believe you posted that. I'm going to have to hide that recipe from s/o. He'd be all about the bacon wrapped meatloaf.

And I can't blame him.

Hey Chipotle does tacos too, and they'll make anything they have the materials for, quesadillas too.

Qdoba has a menu with more variety, when we still had one I'd get quesadillas there and burritos/tacos at chipotle.

The Double Down is KFC's most successful debut ever. It has been out for a little over a month and the demand is so high that they are keeping it for longer than the planned 6 weeks. They plan to sell their 10 millionth Double Down soon.

Of course, this makes me curious. If I drive by a KFC and feel like a clogged artery, I may try it. I'm sure it's quite darn tasty.

Looking at that makes me very happy I made the decision not to eat meat anymore.

So gross.
