I'm not sure if anyone has been this blunt, but you should forget about joining any major fraternity. No major national organization will likely have any interest whatsoever in forming a chapter at a trade school.
Fraternities are somewhat elitist organizations. While they have expanded to many smaller, even regional schools (like my undergraduate school), they, to my knowledge have never once founded chapters at trade schools except maybe on an experimental basis.
Your chances of affiliating with a major national fraternity are basically zero. Forget about it.
