First, you need to know if they college is open to Greek life. If so, try contacting the headquarters or expansion chair of the fraternity you're trying to pursue. That way you'll know if the specific fraternity is open to expanding to your school.

And, for the love of God, learn how to spell.

You shouldn't have to be in class to spell things correctly. But I digress..

Like you said, it is a matter of personal preference, so you'd need to research on your own. To get you started:

North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) - http://www.nicindy.org
National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) - http://www.nphchq.org
National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO) - http://www.nalfo.org
National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) - http://www.nationalmgc.org

Look at the member organizations' pages.

Just a note, when you start contacting fraternities about expansion, make sure you are using proper grammar/spelling.

The school doesn't seem like a school where a national would expand to, but this is my opinion; I can't speak for the 80+ fraternities that I provided links for. You'll need to contact an organization of interest.

ok.....thanks again

There may be some exceptions, but I think knight_shadow is right. All fraternities with which I'm familiar will only colonize at a four-year college or university that grants bachelor's degrees.

There are definitely some national organizations out there that will establish at a junior college...
