Ska and Non-Ska from The Wailing Wailers:

Simmer Down: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybmPHD7FPcQ&feature=kp

One Love: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roMuj6qSinE

I'm Gonna Put it On: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOrLMoyUIgU

It Hurts to be Alone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nty-4vUmh-s

Jerking Time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPMm-CxdvZo

Since Bob Marley (and Peter Tosh) wrote and arranged these songs, you can see some were turned into reggae hits with Bob Marley and The Wailers.

Other singles and entire albums are on Youtube. Good stuff.

While I'm at it....

Bump because I'm at one of my favorite Jamaican restaurants (in the US---real Jamaican owners and chefs, not fakes)

They always play reggae.

They are devout Christians so there is usually a show on the tv in the lobby and many of the reggae songs are gospel reggae. There's a gospel reggae to the tune of "Stir It Up". Every time the tune comes on I hope it is Marley and I start slow winding my hips in my seat. Only for it to be the gospel song. End slow winding. My heathen self has heard the gospel version hundreds of times but I still fall for the okie doke.
