If you've been through formal recrutiment and COB, and have not received a bid, or you've declined a bid, then I recommend you investigate other campus activities. There are other GLOs that are not NPC -- like national pre-professional clubs, honor societies and service organizations, just to name a few. You will enjoy similiar leadership, personal development and fraternal opportunities as you would with an NPC group, and as with all campus organizations, including sororities, the time committment is what you make of it.
It is your choice to re-rush, and I wish you the best with whatever you decide. There's nothing wrong with you for not being bidded to the sorority of your choice, and there are a huge number of ways to become involved on campus. I hope you find the best organization that fits your goals and needs.
