I'd wondered about Candace Bergen too, and someone *wink* told me that she's in the 1987 directory. I checked, and she's listed there with a Beverly Hills 90210 address.
As is Katy Brosnahan, who was then an assistant fashion editor for
Glamour. 
I saw a chapter website the other day (honestly can't remember which one) that listed Kristen Davis as a Kappa. Umm... no... she played a character who was a Kappa.
