PNM means Potential New Member. Basically a person going through the Recruitment process. In some organizations this person is still called a Rushee.
As for party ideas. First check out the social forum and check out the ideas listed in a variety of threads.
Some more unique ideas I've heard of in the past year.
- "T" party - everyone has to dress up as something that starts with the letter T: Temptress, target, ticket, tramp etc.
- Salad Dressing Party - we're having one on friday. Basically if you like Ranch Dressing wear cowboy stuff, 1000 island is hawaiian, Italian would be to dress up as an Italian etc.
- Tennis Hoes and Golf Pros - your basic country club theme, only more lewd.
- Dirty Doctors and Naughty Nurses - pretty self explanatory
