I tried calling a friend of mine and I got that same message. I later called him on his office phone and he told me that he paid his bill on time and that his phone shouldn't be turned off. He checked out his account and saw that there was nothing wrong. I think Sprint is having some problems with their service.
I had no service for an hour today on my sprint and their online account services are going REALLY slow. My sorority lil sis can't access her short mail.
