Bah, the police report says that I'm at fault. I figured as such, since I was turning (even though I was there first and I think the dump truck was going too fast). I talked with my friend whose dad is a police officer and she said that I can't really fight it because they usually assign the blame to the person turning. So, it looks like my insurance is going to go waaay up now.
But, trying to look on the bright side, I am ok and my car will be ok and I did get a raise this year so I will be able to afford the insurance.
