I use Yahoo Geocities.
http://www.geocities.com/adpi-vu/ I signed on to Yahoo as "adpi-vu", so that's what my website name is.
There's either one popup on the page that you can shrink, or you have to integrate Y!/Geo ads into your page (which I'd hate more than popups).
The main drawback is that I can't have a sisters-only section straight from Y!/Geo, but there are apparently sites online that can create "gateways" to a page on your site, so that it's password protected. Haven't actually used it yet, but I know that
http://www.bravenet.com/ offers that kind of service.
