I agree with Cream. Don't let her move in! You and your other roommates should tell her what the deal is, and that she is no longer welcome to move into your place. I don't think that talking to her would do any good -- if she's so wack that she'd be stealing your stuff already, no amount of talking to her is going to make it any better.
