Things went down a little during the Clinton adminstration but thats when he was a lame duck and held little power. The economy we to crap because Bush gave a tax cut when we could afford to give one. We all liked the extra money then but are paying for it now. Bush could care less about the economy. thats why all he talks about is Iraq and tring to finish what his daddy didn't. Sept 11 helped hurt the economy but Bush made it worse.
