You guys couldn’t see the humor in my post? I’m totally teasing, it’s always his choice. But no, he did not sleep on the couch. Most of the smell is gone anyway, but even if it wasn’t, he’d still be right here in bed with me. If I’m sick, he’s with me. If I tell him not to, because I’m sick, he stays anyway. He would never sleep on the couch or in another bedroom. If anything, the worse a situation is, the closer he wants to be. It doesn’t matter if I’m sick, exhausted, or in this case, mildly skunked, lol. His natural response is always to stay by my side. He’s always put me before himself, even when he shouldn’t, but that’s just who he is. Honestly, when it comes to our kids and me, I don’t think he knows how to be any other way.
