Bill proposes online database of fraternity/sorority infractions

This is a bunch of crap. We dance around trying to pass a bill that would establish a national database to prohibit criminals or the mentally ill from purchasing a firearm, but we can promote THIS?
It's fine to focus on accountability, but this is a bridge too far.

Precisely the same issue - no need to create databases of those who have not been adjudicated guilty. There is a database of criminal convictions, and we see that it is not infallible.
