You could do an obstacle course where you break your chapter down into 10 person teams, chosen randomly, and see which team can complete events the fastest. You could also stick with some classics like wheelbarrow races and water balloon tosses. If you really wanted to make things goofy, you could do a tricycle race instead of a regular bicycle race. Another fun idea is the human knot. It's great for team building and can be pretty hilarious.
