I thought that was Kim Wayans on In Living Color for a minute.

Her earlier topics were racy and silly. She went from having artists like TLC performing "Baby, Baby, Baby" on her stage to displaying her short term weightloss to talking about strange sex topics.

She was a sign of the talk show times back then and decided to defy the trend. It just so happened to work for her. Longterm.
