Obama bought some beers to pay for it.

My only concern is...Is BudLight the cheapest beer available? It's a recession.
I think the issue is that when you're President, there are certain times when you shouldn't speak your mind. He can have whatever opinion he wants; I'm sure Presidents Clinton, Bush, etc. had personal opinions on certain issues. As President, though, he loses some ability to publicly step into the fray.

Bud Light definitely isn't the cheapest beer available; it would have been funny to see him sipping a Genny Cream Ale or Beast, though, haha.

The owners of Gennessee brewery actually made a public statement that they wanted him to drink Genny Cream Ale. Ick.

I have to say, out of all of the REALLY cheap beers (not counting PBR, which I actually enjoy), I always liked Genny Cream Ale the best. It actually was a running joke among my college friends (including KSigRC). It's not like it was the first choice, but if I had 10 bucks to spend on a 30 rack, I would probably get Genny Cream Ale.

This would really go without saying if it wasn't Obama.

The Obama Effect.

Honestly though he was in the wrong for taking any kind of stand. I mean for goodness sakes he is a lawyer and politician. He should know how to avoid answering a question. The right answer should have just been "This is not a federal matter and I have not formed an opinion."
