You could always reserve a few bowling lanes and get pizza. Mix up actives and PNMs for teams.
What about a craft activity? Have everyone bring a few photos and make a scrapbook page or memo board. The photos could be a conversation starter. Sisters could bring photos of recent activities to show PNMs what the chapter does together. PNMs could bring recent photos of favorite activities to show interests, etc.
To use the small house that your sisters live in, you could set up some food stations with fondue pots. That way you have snacks that also force people to mingle and chat. Or you could have plain coffee, hot chocolate, or tea and have everyone make their own personalized hot drink by setting out whipped cream, marshmallows, flavored syrups, etc.
