Last Thursday. We take the clients to a member's only club to swim on Tuesday s and Thursday's and then on Wednesdays we go to Wet'n'Wild. Think that's enough swimming.

I've never done it all day long. But, I like to do it when it's really hot out and I've worked up a good sweat. It feels good to be free.
