I'm pretty sure there are a few lesbians in my chapter, but nobody open.

I would expect some girls, even those that consider themselves open minded, might be nervous about living in such close quarters with a lesbian (for sororities with a house or a complex). I'm not saying it's right or fair, but it would cross more than a few people's minds if they happened to know a PNM was a lesbian, through Facebook or word of mouth or whatever.

At the same time, I don't really think it's a good idea to jump back in the closet. I don't really know what I would do if I were in the PNM's situation.

But DEFINITELY don't talk about your sexuality during recruitment. That would be tacky for anyone--gay, straight or otherwise.
