Golf question: tipping a forecaddie

I had never heard of a forecaddie until now, so I googled it and found (among many mannnnnny other sites) this:

It was an interesting story, and I hope your forecaddie experience is better than this guy's. It sounds like the figure Nut just gave you is comparable to the tip mentioned at the end of this story.

I would stay away from clubs like that unless you have more money than brains!

Why do they sell golf balls by the dozen? Dah so you have enough when you lose them!

Yes, clearly people that are members of or like to play at nice country/golf clubs have no brains. A 200$ green fee isn't much at all.

They also sell golf balls in sleeves of 3 smart guy.
