The year we backdoored the ACC Title? We were not very good that year, we just played well enough to beat Va Tech. Lets talk about the last few years with OSU and UM getting demolished.
FSU hasn't been good since 2001 but we're going to be very good in the near future.

You're right - FSU hasn't been good since 2001. I couldn't disagree more, however, with the second half of your statement. FSU won't be good again until Bowden is gone, and I just don't see that happening any time soon. Also (and I'm sure I'll get flamed for this by someone), FSU has such a reputation for putting criminals on the playing field that I'm glad they haven't been doing well. And I'm glad to see so many players kept out of the bowl game for their part in the recent cheating scandal. Maybe this'll make them clean up their act a little.

But, back to the topic of the thread... I'd like to see LSU win the championship game but, like DA said, anything can happen.

I can see how someone who's on the outside looking in would think that, but its just simply not the case.

OSU's Chris Wells will have to have at least 20-25 carries, allowing the Buckeyes to control the clock in this game.

Duh, we're all having fun with this, so no need to bring the obvious truth that anything can happen...

I'm going to go with LSU, 24-17. They'll be behind for most of the first half, but will take over just after halftime. The SEC IS a superior conference, after all.
