Does the school allow Greek life (some don't). Looking at the website, it looks as if the resident undergraduate population is small and the school has invested a lot into online/distance learning. It may be hard to get the NPC to want to colonize there unless the think membership numbers can be maintained. I don't know what their criteria are though. I went to a sort-of-similar school that was predominantly male and had lots of students on campus but they still had a few (3) NPC sororities.
First, I would check with the Office of Student Life and find out exactly where they stand with Greek student organizations.
Then I would research....thoroughly NPC policies and procedures and independent, non-NPC groups.
