Le996 thank you for the information, can you explain to me what it is?

well I called BSU and they were anything but helpful and explained that the chapter house was fore-closed by ball state and that all materials had been removed and the property was considered owned/operated by ball state and gave me a number to contact if interested in purchasing the land
